Envisioning the future

I’ve always found that images and quotes always inspire me – especially when I’m stressed or procrastinating about school. I love to find images online and making a new desktop background for an easy vision board that I will see constantly. Vision boards can involve photos that remind you of your goals or images and ideas that you just find “cute” ( that’s my personal favourite type).

If you want a long-term board that’s easy to change or a little more organised I highly recommend Pinterest  – it’s free and easy to use at https://www.pinterest.co.uk/  and you can see my pins and boards at https://www.pinterest.co.uk/wellbeing_lotus .

If you feel like being a little more creative you can make a vision board using printed out photos and magazine clippings (this way you can use the fancy letters too). Even if you’re not too artistic,  this is still easy to do as it just involves cutting and sticking. To add even more personalization add doodles too!

Making a digital visual board is easy just use a document making tool like google docs ( bonus: it’s free ). A great site for images is we heart it – get me at  http://weheartit.com/wellbeing_lotus  or another great site is pixaby just type it into google.

I hope this helps.

Why I Started Wellbeing Lotus

I was pretty much your standard outgoing chatty teenage girl when in my last two years of high school I was hit with anxiety. I was in and out of the hospital with nobody quite knowing what was wrong with me.
I’ve never been a fan of lots of prescription drugs so I never took anything that I didn’t completely understand and deemed as natural as it could be.
My life is still not perfect but I am learning how to cope.
I hope we can grow together and you understand why I want my identity to stay a secret…
